What information is available for each of my orders?

Everything involved with each of your orders is summarized on the Purchases page. From the this page, you can find all of the following information about an order:

• transaction number
  
• date the order was placed
  
• name(s) of the seller(s) from whom you purchased
  
• item(s) you purchased and their prices
  
• shipping method(s) and associated cost(s)
  
• the address to which your order was shipped
  
• credit card to which your order was billed
  

Xumbay.com requires sellers to ship items within 24 business hours from the time they confirm. Business hours do not include weekends or holidays. Although our policies require that items be shipped within 24 business hours, it is not possible for us to actively monitor this.

When you place an order on Xumbay.com, the seller has 48 business hours to confirm the sale and 24 business hours after confirmation to ship the item. Once the item is shipped, the time to arrival depends upon the shipping method which you selected when ordering.

• US Postal Service Media Mail usually takes 4 to 14 business days.
  
• US Postal Service Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 6 business days.
